“During my stay at Hifumi, we opted for the half-board plan which included both dinner and breakfast. The dinner was served in a beautiful kaiseki style, featuring heavenly dishes such as Tai nimono and high-grade wagyu sukiyaki. Each meal had its own artistic presentation with a wide variety of condiments, making the dining experience truly really good. The breakfast was equally excellent, highlighting traditional Japanese favorites like grilled salmon and matcha pudding, ensuring we started our days on a delicious note.” view full review

“The room I stayed in at Hifumi was an authentic Japanese-style room with tatami mats, giving me a unique experience. The fluffy futons were incredibly comfortable, truly resembling a personal sleeping cloud. I loved that the staff would set up the futons for us each night and put them away during the day, allowing us to make full use of the living space.
